These crystal bracelets are handmade with 8mm synthetic aura quartz, a natural raw clear quartz focal piece, rainbow hematite 2mm spacers, elastic cord and finished off with a 8mm stainless steel knot cover. 
There are about 22-24 beads on each bracelet that can fit up to an 8' wrist.
 
Adjustment Requests:  I can adjust any bracelet to size.  Just send me a message or leave me a note on the order of the size (in inches) that you need. 
 
*Please note- Quartz size varies. There may be an upcharge for larger size bracelets.
 
To find wrist size: Use a soft tape measure and measure in inches around your wrist. If you do not have a soft tape measure, you can use a string or piece of paper to wrap around your wrist, mark the circumference on the string/paper and use a standard ruler to measure the marks.
